A quick announcement before a longer blog post this weekend. To save you the trouble of scrolling over to the Samantha Carver Saga page on my blog, the book is about a teenage girl who lives on the Oregon Coast. She was bitten by a demon/zombie when she was a kid, and now battles them when they come to earth through dead corpses. I like to think of it as Buffy the Vampire Slayer meets The Walking Dead meets The Prophecy. But those are my own delusions.

I am incredibly excited about this one. Here's the description:

Anyway, I'm really pleased with the way this book came out. It's got a lot going on -- a lot of back story, a lot of twists, a lot of answers. It's been quite the journey writing it, and I'm so happy that it's finally finished. I will write more about all of it in the next few days, but for now, I have some presents to go wrap.
